Crazy week

The last few weeks have been busy, mostly last week.  From Sunday through Wednesday myself, sister and her husband, brother met my Dad at the Phoenix airport and flew to Portland, OR for my grandpa's memorial service.  A wonderful friend babysat my kids when Caleb was at work!  This was the first time in 24 years all the cousins had been together at once (check Aimee's blog for better pictures).  It was a good time catching up and the Stanleys are incredible hosts in conversation and food!  The first day was gorgeous and we spent a few hours in the afternoon watching the neighbor get his tree cut down.

Sisters, sisters...

Only a few of the cousins as we hang out by the wood stove.
I was missing my kiddos quite a bit and wishing they could meet their second cousins.  Little Sammi (left)was born about 2 weeks after Titus. She is about as heavy but shorter so she has quite the rolls!  Riley (right) was born about a month after Titus.  Pretty Emerson (center) turned a year while we were there.

More cousins and their kids.
Then, the day we returned Caleb's parents had come to town (for Wednesday to Sunday). Dad also was staying with us - getting errands done and visiting all the grandkids.  That weekend we had another (and last?) snowstorm.  Our kids love their grandparents!

Here are a couple other miscellaneous pictures.
Beautiful cupcakes at our sort of sister-in-law's baby shower.

Caleb gave him a mohawk that has lasted a week and made Titus quite popular :)
