Tidbits

For those who are tired of my cleaning posts, here a few photos of recent days.  I love seeing her character develop!  She loves to dance and is definitely showing signs of her independency.   Each day adds new words to her vocabulary and new motor skills.   One of Kale'a's favorite thing is to eat breakfast with Daddy (ie. instead of in her high chair).  It is a very precious sight!

The shirt says it all!
She loves baby dolls and often has one with her around the house!  Her cousins and several friends have kindly shown her how to take off the doll clothes (but not put them back on).

Isn't it fun to undo Mama's shoelaces and knot them up?

This weekend was particularly lovely weather so we decided to make it even lovelier and went down to Sedona (10 degrees warmer) after church for a picnic and a walk to the creek.  The walk was very nice, mostly level and just beautiful.  In downtown Sedona I noticed trees blooming with pretty pink flowers!  Grass is starting to grow... spring is near!  I am so ready for warm weather!

Scouting out birds while we were stopped for lunch.
My 2 crazies in the snow-cold water!  If Kale'a had her way, she would have gone all the way in.  Certainly did not inherit that from me!

Waving "hello" to other hikers, I am sure.

  1. You got some excellent shots! My very favorite one is Daddy and Kale'a scouting out birds in the tall grass :-) Belongs in a magazine somewhere!
